Themes

A theme is a category for user reviews. It can represent a specific feature of a product, a service, or a need of the users.

User preferences

A user preference is used in an application benchmark to answer which needs the product should answer.

The key points of a good user preference are:

• it must be formulated as a sentence, beginning with: 'As A User, ...'
• it must be related to a user comment
• it must be related to a user problem or need and NOT solution oriented

Here are good examples for a ride-sharing app:

• As a Worker, I want to order a car quickly when I am in a rush
• As a Worker, I want to know precisely if I'll arrive on time
• As a Traveler, I want to know what's the best deal to travel
